Bioam a catholic who likes traditional pious practices, going to Latin masses and Cardinal Pell's homilies when he preaches at St Mary's. These things all make me feel whole, calm and good. I accept all the Catholic catechism.
I prefer to focus on redemption, transformation and community for my spiritual life, and do social activism and leftie politics in my secular life.
I embrace and accept the ambivalence and contradictions in my stances. These contradictions are caused by my genuine natural preferences, not a desire to shock or outrage.
Stuff in here = things i find inspirational. Mainly my fave posts by other LJ users - questions and answers and comments. Plus anything else I've found on the interwebs.
